Aerobics
The Core of Your Program
Aerobic conditioning exercises large muscle groups and increase your body’s ability to use oxygen. Your heart pumps oxygen-rich blood to the rest of your body. Since the heart itself is a muscle, aerobic exercises maintain and even increase your heart’s strength and endurance. When done correctly, such exercises help your heart reach and maintain a target heart range (THR) for 20 to 30 minutes. Your THR is the safest and most effective range of heartbeats per minute during exercise.

Starting Your Plan
As you begin your personal training fitness plan, We will begin with core measurements. We will learn your correct RHR, THR, MHR. Your body fat and lean muscle mass will be measured. Your weight is monitored and circumference measurements are taken. We will repeat these measurements specifically to record your improvements as you move closer to your goals.
